Refined Lead

Refined Lead Ingots are produced from Raw Lead Bullions/ Remelted Lead Ingots/ Secondary Lead Ingots / Lead Scraps through Pyro Metallurgical process. Our refining process produces Pure Lead Ingots with a purity level of 99.97% to 99.99%.

Crude Lead

Melted pure and clear lead that can be processed into metal lead bars. We produce and supply remelted lead bars which is further used in various applications.

THE PROCESS

Batteries are disassembled. Lead inside the battery is cooked with the other chemicals in the furnace to produce purest forms of Lead. The purity is monitored using SPECTROMAXx Metal Analyser.

Disassembly

Disassembled LABs constitute of Lead paste. This lead paste is collected and cooked with other chemicals.

Cooking

Cooked thus refined Lead(Pb) and refined to its purest form. We guarantee 99.97% – 99.99% pure lead production.

Monitoring

Sample from each batch is monitored using SPECTROMAXx. It works with the principle of optical emission spectroscopy (arc spark OES). Atoms and ions, contained in Vaporised sample material, are stimulated into emission of radiation.
